Jessica Duhig's practice encompasses the complete range of estate planning services, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax planning. Jessica regularly advises these clients on tax planning, gifting strategy, and business succession planning. Additional focuses of her work consist of extensive appearances before the probate court for both estate and guardianship administration matters. Her estate administration work has included numerous disputes relating to will and trust administration, including will contests. As a final element of her work, Jessica uses her negotiation and writing skills to produce Premarital Agreements to meet her client's individual family needs.
